Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and pbvip regarding your use of the pbvip website and all associated services. By browsing the website, registering an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

To use the pbvip platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.

• Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify pbvip support immediately.
• pbvip reserves the right to suspend or close any account in cases of suspicious activity or violation of these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

pbvip supports the payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. The rules for all financial transactions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: A minimum of ৳200 must be deposited through each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: Each withdrawal must be at least ৳800.
• Withdrawal time: Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• The name on the payment account must match the name registered on the account — transactions through third parties are not accepted.
• For suspicious transactions, pbvip may request additional documents for verification and reserves the right to hold payments if necessary.
• Using the pbvip platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

pbvip provides bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The terms for these offers are as follows:

• Welcome bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times.
• While a bonus is active, the combined total of the bonus and deposit cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts or the same IP address, all bonuses will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• pbvip reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice.
• Each bonus may have a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Benefits under the VIP program are governed by separate rules.

VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

The pbvip VIP program is divided into three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

VIP tier benefits are determined at the discretion of pbvip. pbvip reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time. There should be no active bonus on the account in order to receive cashback.

Permitted and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a fair and safe environment on the pbvip platform:

• Any form of fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or any other technological advantage.
• Attempting to claim bonus or promotion benefits using multiple accounts.
• Threatening, abusive, or offensive behavior toward other players or pbvip staff.
• Illegal money transactions or money laundering using the pbvip platform.
• Operating on behalf of a third party or renting out an account.
• Copying, distributing, or using pbvip intellectual property without permission.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute or complaint, the following process must be followed:

• Our team will generally review and respond to complaints within business days.
• In disputes regarding game results, pbvip game logs will be considered final evidence.
